ITINERARY

Day 1: Danang Arrival – Transfer to Hoian
Upon your arrival at Danang International Airport, your tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to Hoian.
Graceful, historic Hoi An is Vietnam’s most atmospheric and delightful town. Once a major port, it boasts the grand architecture and beguiling riverside setting that befits its heritage, and the 21st-century curses of traffic and pollution are almost entirely absent. The face of the Old Town has preserved its incredible legacy of tottering Japanese merchant houses, Chinese temples and ancient tea warehouses – though, of course, residents and rice fields have been gradually replaced by tourist businesses.
In the afternoon, take a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the ancient quarter, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year-old Tan Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge. In the evening, enjoy free time to shop, explore the town, take a walk and discover the ancient town on your own.

Day 2: Hoian Ecotour
Today you embark on a family run “fisherman eco-tour”. Explore Hoian’s surrounding farmland and countryside then try your hand at local fishing techniques as you learn to navigate a basket boat through narrow waterways. Return to Hoian in the afternoon.

Day 3: Hoian – Kon Tum – Pleiku
After breakfast, leave Hoi An for Pleiku. Stop over at Phoenix Airbase in Dakto. On the way, you will have chance to visit Kon Tum City with its Woden Church, Vinh Son 1 Ophanage…
Arrive in Pleiku in the late afternoon. Remain day is at leisure.

Day 4: Pleiku Sightseeing Tour
Visit tea plantations where were planted at the beginning of the year 1912s, and brought in the tea processing machines by the French. Drive to Pleikep village for sightseeing and the exploration of the Jarai’s culture especially the wooden statues of the graveyard, watering spring place where people get water or freshen up. Lunch in Pleiku City.
In the afternoon, visit Camp Enari – the former Headquarter of the 4th U.S Infantry Division. En route, stop over at Catecka plantation – the former operational areas of the 4th Division, Minh Thanh Pagoda – the biggest one in the Central Highland and Sea Lake, a natural lake which is situated on the crater of a volcano of million years of ages. Continue to Pleiteng village to enjoy “Folk show” and drink “Can” wine in jar. You may like to dance with the local people at Jarai Village. Back Pleiku City in the late afternoon.

Day 5: Pleiku – Buon Me Thuot
After breakfast, farewell Pleiku and spend a 4 hour drive on the bucolic countryside to Buon Me Thuot, also referred to as Ban Me Thuot, the “capital city of the Vietnamese coffee”.
On the way, you will have chance to visit Buon Don village. Take a trip via Bamboo Bridge crossing the Serepok River. The guide will tell you the story of the traditional hunting and break the elephant in.
Riding elephant around the village and crossing the Serepok River to visit the hero of elephant hunting – Amakong. Enjoy “Gong” performance before leaving for Dray Nur Waterfall.
Afternoon, visit Trung Nguyen Coffee Village – a famous Vietnamese coffee brand over the world, understand deeply traditional farming technique of coffee tree at Old Coffee Plantation and Coffee Museum. Your soul will soaring with a fragrant cup of coffee in the romantic Coffee Culture Space.

Day 6: Buon Me Thuot – Da Lat
After breakfast, meet your driver and head south to Da Lat. Stop at Lak Lake to visit a village of M’nong ethnology people. Then, ride elephant passing the lake to visit M’Lieng hill tribe village. Take a dugout canoe trip on the lake for exploring.
On arrival, check in to your hotel and take an orientation walk around Xuan Huong Lake and the nearby Da Lat Central Market.

Day 7: Da Lat Hiking (Tiger Woody – Medium hard)
This day trip starts to the East of Dalat City.  Drive 30 minutes along picturesque scenic roads to the Tiger Falls Trailhead where you start our journey to the Falls. The first section of trail is through steep sided pine forest trail, dropping down to the Lang Bian River. Continue to walk near the shore of the river for about 1½ hours.  Here you will spy a few suspension bridges in the distance, and you will see the landscape change from pine forest to coffee farms. Most of the farming in this area is done by the local K’ho minority tribes. Both the Lat and the Chil ethnic people are members of the K’ho minority group. They comprise the largest ethnic minority group in the Da Lat area.
From here walk up to a scenic lookout, where you may want to take pictures of the beautiful valley below. Enjoy a picnic lunch here.
Descend and ascend the nearest neighboring peak for a rare glimpse of the lives of rural minority peoples, their homes, work and culture.  The way to see this village is by foot as there is no road access to the village. Finally, a hike through the rolling hills, with a view of another waterfall and several small vegetable farms, returns you to the trailhead.
After this visit, you may understand why Dr. Alexander Yersin wrote so fondly of the area after his exploratory visit in 1893.

Day 8: Da Lat – Phan Rang
Your guide and driver will take you on 3.5 hour drive to Phan Rang. On arrival, take a boat trip to visit Vinh Hy Bay – one of the 4 most beautiful bays in South Centre of Vietnam. You will take a glass bottom boat tour to see the corals and beautiful fishes. Then, enjoy 1 – 2 hour snorkeling on the bay or free for relaxing on the beach.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Drive back to your hotel in the afternoon.
Note: The itinerary to Vinh Hy Bay subjects to weather condition.

Day 9: Phan Rang – Ho Coc (Vung Tau)
After breakfast, leave Phan Rang for Ho Coc Beach (Ba Ria – Vung Tau). On the way, you may stop to visit Nam Cuong Sand Dune, Red Sand dune, White Sand dunes, Fairy stream…
Arrive in Ho Coc in the late afternoon.
Meals: Breakfast.
Accommodation: Hotel in Ho Coc.

Day 10: Ho Coc – HCMC – Departure.
Free for beach relaxation until your driver and tour guide pick you up for 3 hour drive to Ho Chi Minh City where you’ll take your departure flight. Tour ends.
