The Athena Cruise is the brand new 5-star cruise vessel in Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay. Built in 2016, the Athena Luxury Cruise made her maiden voyage on July 1st, 2017. The ship has 3 decks: a lower deck with reception, cabins, and boarding area, a middle deck with cabins, an indoor restaurant and bar, and a rooftop sundeck with open bar, coffee lounge, spa and sauna. On board the Athena Luxury Cruise there are 21 high-end cabins with 5 different styles available to custom-tailor your voyage with us.

Itinerary:

1. Day 1: Hanoi – Bai Tu Long Bay – Kayaking – Vung Vieng Fishing Village.

   The 3 days/ 2night package trip is the most perfect itinerary to visit Bai Tu Long Bay. Islands is this area are unpolluted and relatively undeveloped and for tourists, its a laid back alternative to the touristy bustle of Halong Bay. The trip is a great combination of unique experience and discover both landscapes and cultural exchange.

   It takes only about 2.5 hours from Hanoi’s Old Quarter to Hon Gai Pier where the Athena Luxury Cruise awaits you. Round-trip transportation is on request with additional surcharge.

   11:45: Arrive in Hon Gai Pier and boarding operations.
   12:45: The Cruise Manager will give a welcome speech with all the cruise information and safety instructions.
   13:15: Enjoy the lunch with the best products of the bay.
   14:45: Visit the Vung Vieng floating fishing village by kayaking.
   15:30-16:30: If you want to relax on the boat instead of participating in other activities, feel free to use the cruise sauna at no extra cost.
   17:00-18:30: Happy Hour: buy 01 get 01 free.
   17:30: The Cooking Demonstration is waiting for you to discover the secrets of Vietnamese Cuisine.
   19:00: Enjoy set menu dinner on board.

2. Day 2: Explore Bai Tu Long Bay by day boat.

   06:30: Practice one of the oldest traditions of East Asia: Tai Chi – A beautiful and relaxing experience on the open deck.
   07:00-08:15: Breakfast is served in the restaurant.
   08:30: Transfer on the day boat to start an incredible trip around Halong Bay. Surrounded by a breathless landscape, you will discover some of the most beautiful corners of the bay. Enjoy kayaking in the area.
   12:00: Have lunch on the boat.
   15:30-16:30: Back to the Athena Luxury Cruise and enjoy your free time. Relax in your cabin or on the sundeck. Free sauna session.

   17:30: Cooking class with some new technique to learn.
   19:00: The Gala Dinner is ready for you.

3. Day 3: Bai Tu Long Bay – Thien Canh Son Cave – Hanoi.

   06:30: Practice one of the oldest traditions of East Asia: Tai Chi – A beautiful and relaxing experience on the open deck.
   07:00: The Early Bird Coffee is ready to wake up you
   07:30: Explore Thien Canh Son cave in Ha Long Bay. Witness its beautiful stalactites and stalagmites (there are about 200 steps to get up to the cave).
   09:00: Check out time. Leave your luggage outside the cabin and the key at the reception desk. The cruise staff will transfer your luggage to Athena Luxury Cruise lounge for you. Bill settlement at the reception desk.
   09:30: Brunch is served at the restaurant on the 2nd deck.
   10:45: The boat arrives at the pier.
   Meet your driver, leave Halong Bay for Hanoi.

    

2 days 1 night:

1. Day 1: Hanoi – Bai Tu Long Bay.
